Nice fan works with bluetooth app
I somehow managed to order the intake model of this fan instead of the exhaust model but it was easy to reverse the flow following the instructions in the manual for the single fan T3/T7 models. Simply remove 4 screws in the four corners of each fan on the backside to remove the mounting plate and 4 more from the corners of each fan on the front face to free the fans and flip them over.In doing so I noticed a small battery like a CR2032 on the circuit board which allows the fan to keep the settings when it is not connected to power. So it can be programmed before you get in a crawl space to install it.It came with 4 machine screws and 4 wood screws with screw anchors but if mounting in a standard cement block opening you need a masonry bit and probably concrete screws. The really nice feature is the phone app that controls via bluetooth or wifi which is easier to program the fan than pushing buttons on the fan and allows additional programming features like timers. It also provides a graph of the humidity and temperature readings so you can see how it is working. However the instructions for connecting the app to the device were out of date. It was necessary to choose add device then select SMART HVAC and then select AIRTITAN. Customer service was good at answering questions before I ordered and after the purchase.

Top quality ventilation fan
This ventilation fan exudes high quality, from the packaging to the sturdy construction to the electronic controls to the instruction manual. From reading the instruction manual online, I ordered the S3 fan thinking that this would allow me to reduce the humidity in my crawl space. And it would do that, but the S3 does not have an integrated humidity control, so I returned the S3 and ordered the T3 that does include the integrated humidity, as well as temperature, and vapor pressure deficit control. But the unit that arrived had already been opened and the fan blades rattling around loose within the fan housing; clearly, this was a damaged return that I received, and I don't know if this was the fault of Amazon or AC Infinity, the maker of this fan. Regardless, I returned the damaged fan and ordered another T3. The new T3 was perfectly packaged, just like the original S3 I had received but returned, and worked flawlessly. There was one question I had about setting up the controller, and Gabriel, the customer service person I spoke with at AC Infinity, was a pleasure to talk with and super helpful, and he talked me through the answer to my question. Setting up the controller definitely takes some time because there are several interacting variables that need to be set correctly for the fan to operate as intended, but the manual is written clearly and well. I read the controller manual one time, put it aside for 12 hours, then read it again with the controller in hand while changing settings to see what happened. It took about an hour for this second read of the controller manual and setting the controller the way I wanted. This is definitely a very high quality ventilation fan, the price is comparable to other fans that do not have nearly the sophistication nor control nor quality.

Works perfectly, incredibly quiet, great control app!
This product is about as well engineered, as well documented, as well packaged, and as well supported as it could possibly be.First, the engineering: The stainless steel face plate is precisely cut and plenty strong. Easy to locate and drill four corner points for a simple install over the foundation opening. It will remain rust-free. The twin fans are removable and reversible if you'd prefer to pull air into your crawl space. They come preset to exhaust air out of the crawl space. When the fans are on, you cannot hear them unless you are 3-4 feet away. No vibration, no wind noise. I have had it running nearly non-stop for about a month now with no sign of overheating or any change in noise level. The unit and controls just feel solid. I bought it to replace the loud, single motor exhaust fan I had under the house that I got from a home improvement store. That one always ran hot and probably used lots of power while only exhausting 160 CFM. If I read correctly, this unit only uses a few watts but draws 240 CFM. It should save electricity. The documentation: This is not one of those skimpy, poorly translated instruction sheets. The documentation booklet is complete, well written, and extremely easy to follow. It addresses every feature in clear English with plenty of illustrations. You will have no issues understanding every function if you just read the instructions first.Which leads to packaging: It is a crawl space fan, but it has a velvet lined box. The packaging says the manufacturer really cares about quality and put lots of thought into the product from beginning to end. It was packaged like high-end electronics, which it is, but it was still under $100. Everything you need to install and operate the product is included, including power supply, programming control box, and wired sensor cable, all connected with cables supplied. Finally support: I got the unit with the thermostat and humidistat built in. You will need a 120V outlet under your crawl space to plug it in. I did not need any help to figure it out in just a few minutes, thanks to the documentation and what turned out to be an amazing, free AC Infinity app you download from the App Store. The control box with digital readout stays under the house, so I rely on the app to tell me the temp (F or C) and humidity (%) under the house at any time, anywhere (also kPa, but I don't need that), and it even graphs trends or sounds alarms/sends alerts if you want. You can control and change all settings via the app, too. I had a remote digital temp and humidity sensor under the house already, and the readouts are within 2% of each other. Temp is right on.I have the product set to come on if temp OR humidity rises above a certain point. The thermostat and humidistat work concurrently, as they say. Either one (or kPa) can turn the fans on (or off) independently depending on how you set it. You can set upper and lower fan speed from 0 to 10 so that "off" is either truly OFF (0 RPM) or just a lower RPM, and "on" is max RPM or something less, all on a scale of 0 to 10. You can set a range for all control parameters so that "on" and "off" are separated by whatever degree or % you choose in auto mode. It can also be set to work on a timer, to cycle on/off as you choose, or work on a certain daily schedule. Hard to imagine more programability, but it is very intuitive. If you can set an alarm clock, you can set this thing.Highly recommended!

Good but...
Didn't I stall yet and can't test it , it has been shipped with a non European plug. For the price I paid I didn't expect to have to invest into an adaptor piece.
