I finally bought these handles to use with my TheraBand Resistance Bands for my physical therapy exercises at home and WOW - what a difference these make! Before, I would wrap my TheraBand Resistance Bands around my hands and not only was it uncomfortable, it would actually cut off circulation and ultimately hurt; so, I eventually stopped doing certain physical therapy exercises at home. I just received these today and my exercises were a breeze on my hands. I need these to help me exercise one of my shoulders to strengthen and prepare for surgery to repair severe tears, move a tend up several inches and tack it down into proper place, as well as address some other issues with medical lingo I cannot recall. I need this surgery specifically to avoid a complete shoulder replacement; and, simultaneously, I need these foam handles in conjunction with my resistance bands to achieve my medical goals. Who knew something as inexpensive as this pair of TheraBand Resistance Band Handles could play such a significant role in avoiding a surgery procedure as complex and serious as a total shoulder replacement? All said, I highly recommend these even if you don’t need surgery. Why not use these to avoid hand discomfort or pain; strengthen muscles; and, prevent potential atrophy by babying sore shoulders. I cannot speak to durability as I’ve only had these a couple hours, although, if I have issues beyond Amazon’s 30-day free return policy (for Prime Members), I’ll simply contact TheraBand directly. ETA: 04-22-26 these handles are AWESOME and exactly like the ones at my PT clinic. I just ordered a second set to use with a different resistance band level for a new exercise my physical therapist added to my PT exercise routine. I examined the resistance band knots at my PT clinic and noted how they attached the bands to the handles - they pulled the band through the D-ring once then secured the band in place with three knots. I pulled my band through the D-ring twice then secured the band in place with two knots. My knotting method pretty filled the D-ring while theirs had a space gap. Another reason I ordered this additional set is convenience - I didn’t want to un-knot and re-knot bands for different PT exercises. It’s definitely worth the extra cash to buy another set if/when I add different resistance band levels.

This is a good durable door anchor to use with my resistance tubing. The door anchor part itself is made from thick rubber so do ensure that there are no gaps in the door when you fix it or it might bend and come loose when you pull. The strap is also strong and easy to adjust.

I like these much better than the other handles and ankle straps. I bought enough to put on my bands, so I don't have to switch them out. I use them with my hands and no problems with using them with my feet/ankles. They're better for using both ways unlike the other handle styles. Unfortunately since I'm allergic to latex, I have to use non latex bands. It's already hard to find them and even harder to find them with handles on them. These straps solves the problem for me! By the way, please make more non-latex options for the bands.
