Q: How do men use this to cleans their face? wash with hot water and soap first? or cleanse the face in one easy step without ever having to rinse?

You can wash your face before use, or not. But after using these wipes, i never rinse. I just let the moisturizers do their thing.

Q: I'm interested in the micellar towelettes, made of repurposed cotton. What does the white cypress oil smell like? Other feedback appreciated, too!

I used these so long ago, I can't recall. I didn't love them though. I always buy the sensitive ones (white package) & love them. They're unscented. Hope that helps a little.
