Easy to install and works great
I installed this in my golf cart. It would loose a charge over time when not used. This has solved the problem. Easy to install right near the battery.

perfect inverter input
Feeds a large inverter I use in my truck. Way easier than putting in a switch with an inline fuse.

works really well
does the job its intended to do.

solved the problem
used to replace a smally, faulty similar model that was undersized for tge wiring and TM I had. this one works fine, but keep an extra in the boat in case?

Good Protection for My Inverter
Works great. Easy to install. Good protection for my new 5000 watt inverter (24 volt battery system/200 amp protection).

It sucks and I'm still mad
I'm still mad at this thing. I got it for my 3000 watt inverter to protect the 0/2 wiring I used because it couldn't handle the inverters max current draw. It was fine for small loads on the inverter, fans, laptops, etc. but anything big that draws some current was a problem. When I used my Microwave, AC or Instant Pot after a few seconds the inverter would turn off, then come back on a few seconds later. I was convinced the inverter was bad and spent forever checking everything. After days of trying stuff I found a forum post somewhere of people having the exact problem, and blaming this device. I did a quick test bypassing it and the problem was 100% gone. I hooked it back in to test it some more. For small loads there was basically no voltage drop across this thing (good!) but when the inverter cycled there was a large drop across it (very bad!), which never tripped the breaker and which went away on its own after a few seconds. (weird) Even at much less than 200 amps this happened over and over without me touching it. I think it heats up because it can't handle much current and then it does a some kind of soft open circuit which somehow closes all by itself after it cools off a bit. Figuring it out was a huge pain, it is in the trash now. Buy something higher quality.

Super easy to install and works as advertised. It comes with the ends you crimp on the wire and then you wire it up - super simple. I’m using it a kill switch from the battery to an inverter in a vehicle. It’s been installed for almost a month with no issues.

The lugs for the 250 amp breaker are nowhere near big enough to carry 100 amps let alone 250. The bolts they attach to are too small to attach serious lugs to as well. I saw a 200 amp breaker in a store and it had ends you would feed your wires into them totem down. I could put my thumbs into those holes. Where my pinky finger wouldn’t fit in the provided lugs for this breaker.

I ordered some for my solar setup. They are easy to install. I installed them in an enclosed environment but I highly doubt that they are waterproof, despite claiming to be. The quality is great, much better than another brand I tried. The lug nuts are a little too big for my needs but it's not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this item if you're looking for a good, simple DC circuit breaker.
