Would these work as book clamps for fore-edge painting?

I would think they'd work just fine for that

There are two different products shown on this page, so what is being sold here, the clamps with the yellow round pads, or the black square pads?

Para trabajar piezas pequeñas.

De buena calidad. Pequeñas para lo que requería en el momento pero para manualidades de tamaño pequeño sirven bastante bien no las recomiendo si las quieres para carpintería. Para manualidades excelente. Son 15 cm de apertura. Y la presión que ejerce es suficiente para sostener con firmeza piezas de unos 3 o 4 kilos.
