There no instructions English. Why?

I don’t know why you got no English instructions; I got a fold up paper filled with them. Wash hands, gently rub one eyelid 30 seconds with wipe. Then open wipe to a clean inside surface and do other eye. Rinse, pat dry.

Do you have to wipe these off your eyelids after using?

No, you don’t have to wipe them off your eyelids after using, but I did prefer to do so. I am actually using baby washcloths and baby shampoo in place of these now and it works really well for me. I just wipe my eyes with the washcloth infused with shampoo and then rinse thoroughly. My eye doctor had recommended that quite a few years ago.

There are no directions in English. Why?

One wipe for both eyes?

I use one side for one eye, and the other side for the other eye. My reasoning is that there is not enough time for contamination to bleed through the fabric of the wipe. I could be mistaken, but this works for me. I am careful to use only a clean, previously unused spot for each section of each eye, in order to avoid cross-contamination.
