How is this different regular instant adhesives?

The glue is not different. But the packaging is terrible. One use, and you are done. the next time you try to use it, it will be clogged.

How many shafts can I fletch with one bottle ?

A dozen easily is the most I have done in one session. Honestly I believe you could do between 36-48 shafts depending on how much you use per fletch. This would be for a standard 3 fletch bohning blazer setup.

Is it supposed to come with 1 or 2? It implies 2

The order my Made I just got one tube. It didn’t say anything about a second. That was about a year ago.

How long does it dry?

This glue itself is fine but the packaging is unacceptable. After one or two uses, it will be unusable. Just buy AAE Fastset Gel. You just have to hold this in position for 10 or 20 seconds. Or you can use LocTite gel, which has the best packaging on the market for any "crazy glue". Meaning, no matter how many times you use it, the nozzle will not be clogged. I have fletched many arrows with this without problem. But forget the Bohning product. Sad, but true.
