Our color printer was leaving black shadow marks along the left margin of printed pages. Replacing the toner cartridge had no effect so we purchased this replacement drum and installed it. Problem solved! Photos show before and after test printouts.

This product is false advertising. The Brother MFC-L3770CDW does not recognize this toner cartridge. Have a Google and you will see that for multiple years Brother's firmware has disallowed third party toner cartridges. I didn't find this out until after I opened this and attempted to install it and found that my printer would not recognize it. I am upset that I wasted my money.

The cartridge was working well, but my 11 year old laser all-in-one died. Much better price than a genuine Brother.

Don’t be an idiot like me, this is ONLY the drum. You still need to buy a tonar cartridge if you ran out of ink.Is not a genuine brother product either, and the box looks nothing like the picture. This may have been mentioned in thr listing, but I feel the title and picture implies something else.

The drum unit looks right and fits into the slot, but doesn’t register that the toner is installed. Followed directions for partial toner and still won’t work.

Very disappointed! I ordered 2 of these for my elderly mother. The first one only printed out about 20 pages before it ran out. The second one had already been open and was used up (obviously a return that got resold).

Full of surprises,it almost what i wanted and need,with such good print quility ,lower price ,so on,i can not believe i can so lucky.

I have been using this drum unit for three months now, and I am extremely pleased with its affordability and overall performance. Everything has been working perfectly.
