Is this for any skin tone (from light to darker)?

I would say this would fit a light to medium skin tone best. If you are very fair or very dark, it would probably not be suitable. It's also a bit on the yellow side, so if you are very pink or want to correct overly yellow tones in your skin, it may also not be suitable.I am a MAC NW 15 and it's too dark for me.

How long will the product last?

I’m not sure I understand the question but I put it on once a day. When I wash my face at night I am still taking the tint color off so it’s on all day. I found out the one of my doctors uses the same product and she loves it.

Does this product have parabens or Dimethicons in it?

Will this cover sun spots? If not, what do you recommend?

I use this as my foundation and it helps cover sun spots if yours are very light. I have been using another product to fade my sun spots.
