My son is normally a 6 regular and he’s wearing a 9 with his AFO’s and there is plenty of room.

The adult sizes are available for men and women. They have more grown up styles, and are available in high tops, regular shoe height and boots. The construction is the same with the zipper. Some styles lace -up, but others have smooth shoe tops.
