What are the different sizes please? I need one for an adult who is learning to swim. Thanks.

The JPL 5 is great. I have every confidence in it and still use it. I am 68 and started learning to swim last year. Don't forget to buy a good pair of goggles with anti fog as swimming with your head in the water is so much easier.

What size would I need for my 9 year old son. He is only learning to swim and not confident in the water?

You may be better starting out on a woggle then when he is confident move onto a size 2or3 float depending on his size! A woggle can be used at all stages of swimming from beginner to level 5/6

It would depend on what you were using it for. If it's for club swimming training then size 2 is what our club recommends. If you are teaching a child to swim yourself then go bigger as that is safer.

Not finished properly.

These feel very cheap and because they do not have a "coating" on them they do get particles and hair stuck to them making them feel very icky. In hindsight I should have got something a bit more expensive but I needed something quick and this was my only option.
