Is this permanent or demi permanent?

More of a demi but you can keep it up with a purple shampoo. If you want a longer lasting silver mix this with a bit of the dove grey. 3 parts silver 1 part dove grey. I find this works better. Your hair needs to be as white as possible for these to show.

I have salt and pepper hair how will this work?

It will work very well - the color is great and there is no red in it at all.

I already dyed my hair silver/grey but it's fading so can I use it to touch it up?

This is for natural white Barbara Bush hair. Not recommended for dyed grey/ silver.

Yeah it will only color the lightened hair. Make sure you only use 10 or 20 volume developer. If you use 30+ it will lighten the hair
