I’ve been taking this for almost two years now and finally my iron levels are no longer low based on my last two years of lab tests. I wanted to wait until my second year of lab tests before writing this just to make sure it was for real and not some fluke! As a 51 year old woman who is primarily vegetarian and has heavy periods, I need to watch my iron levels. I’m so happy to have found this supplement that works.
