The media could not be loaded. I purchased this shower body in February for a early March installation. My contractor had some difficulty with the installation so I emailed the seller. Within 2 days I got a response with a step by step installation procedure. The water flow from the shower head, the Jets and the hand held is very strong. You can also use the Jets and the hand held together. I noticed that a nipple was missing from the shower head, contacted the seller on 3/15 and received a replacement shower head on3/26! Outstanding customer service, excellent product... and truly made my renovated bathroom the spa I always wanted. Thanks Rebecca! SoniaK
