Hi - I just purchased this and the specs on the box say that the weight limit is 80 lbs and not 100 lbs. which is correct?

I just spoke with Schwinn and they confirmed that this product has a weight limit of ONLY 80 lbs. They said they have tried contacting websites/sellers to correct this but it is up to the discretion of the site to correct it. She further stated that each seat is only rated for 40 lbs. So you can't have a 20 lb child sitting with a 60 lb child. For further information, please call Schwinn.

Does anyone use the stroller like a jogging stroller or is it just a basic stroller?

I would not jog with it. It has a little wheel on the front that swivels. I use it as a basic stroller or on the back of the bike.

What's the minimum age and weight

It states in the description that it holds two riders at 40 lbs each, and 20 lbs of cargo in rear, so a total of 100 lbs capacity. I'm unsure of age.

Does this have harnesses for one or two children?

This trailer comes with two harnesses. Or you can utilize half of each one so a single child can sit in the center.
