how does it emit sound?

It sounds amazing. Nice and clear. I can hear it fine even when I drive my v8. The speaker got burn and went under water and it still works 100% fine

Is it water resistant? It's be on my front bumper and I don't want the rain to jack it up

I've had mine on my back bumper for about 5 or 6 months and it still sound new

what is the recommended wattage for 1 of these speakers. I want to make sure I match it perfectly with an amp. What amp should I use?

It is rated for 65watts peak power. Any amp that puts out less than 65 Watts will work. A safe amplifier would be something in the 50 watt range.
