I’ve been really impressed with Ballarini pots and pans. The build quality is excellent — they feel solid and well-balanced without being overly heavy. The nonstick coating is one of the best I’ve used: food releases easily, cleanup is quick, and it’s held up well with regular use. Heat distribution is even, so there are no hot spots, which makes cooking more consistent whether I’m sautéing, simmering, or searing.

We became familiar with this brand when I bought an eight inch Ballarini fry pan from ACE HARDWARE. We LOVE that pan. It cooks beautifully, evenly, non-stick easy to wash. I have been looking for more of these pans and when Amazon Prime Days came along I thought I would see if there were some of these pans on sale. Indeed! A whole set of granite grey. No hesitation. I bought the set and they are now sitting in my kitchen, looking beautiful and ready to use. One of the hardest foods to clean up are stuck on eggs. These pans are a pleasure to cook eggs with and easy to clean. I highly recommend them.
