French Pocket Dictionary: The Perfect Portable Dictionary

This Collins dictionary is, as ever, reliable and well-thought-out. But like its fellow 'pocket' editions in English and French, it is not remotely pocket sized. So for all that my son's school would like him to carry them at all times in his bag, doing so makes it extremely heavy, and there are more important things for an 11 year old than putting bricks in his backpack.Great to have as a home reference if you're not going too deep into the literature, or if you enjoy weight-lifting along with your schoolwork.

Great dictionary but isn’t pocket sized, it’s too big to fit in a pocket, not even a blazer pocket.

Great size dictionary, perfect for their school bags.

This dictionary is missing pages 163 - 194 and is therefore completely useless, unless you’ll never require translations for word beginning with O or N. Very annoying because the cost of returning it will be the same as just replacing it.
