Reading the Word of God is a priority for me. Throughout my many years of lukewarm Christianity, I never took the Bible seriously. When I truly committed my life to the Lord and decided to seek Him, I found I didn’t understand much of the Bible. It felt like a chore and slowly, I read less and less so I decided to find a Bible I loved to read. This is it!! The pictures don’t do it enough Justice. It is an NLT translation which I find very inviting and understandable. This particular Bible has a daily devotion, a reading plan, book introduction, letter from God, treasures of truth and a prayer. Obviously, the letter from God is not actually what it implies but the message in it is scriptural and not something made up. The prayer to God is not so different from how we would come to God and could help those struggling with prayer. The treasures of truth are just that, beautiful treasures! This is a beautiful Bible and I am so glad to have found it. Do yourself a favor and get it!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The author put in so much effort it make sure we enjoyed this. They made over 15 different categories and divided bible verses and you can read whatever you based on how your feeling or what you want to read about. The live letters are extremely motivational and sometimes I just open it to read one and then go about my day. They prayers always make me smile and the whole book just reminds me about how much God loves me. There is a schedule to read but I didn’t follow it. With the ending of each section there is a verse they highlight, a love letter and than a reflection. I wasn’t that close to God before this bible and but this definitely gonna help me get there.

I originally purchased this Bible for a friend who said that she wanted one as we sat in a church near our job. I promised her I would buy one in a much easier version than the King James. As I searched on Amazon for Bibles, I came across the Thrive Bible. I looked at the reviews and the video of the Bible's features. I was very impressed. The Bible has wide margins for notes, amazing love letters from God, reflections, and the blue marker is precious. I purchased not one, but two - I had to have one for myself. When I gave it to my colleague, she was thrilled and awed not only at it's beauty but she finally had a complete Bible. My friend couldn't stop smiling. OH I AM SO GLAD THAT I PURCHASED THE THRIVE BIBLE!!!! If you want a great Bible with extraordinary features, buy this Bible. I am thrilled that God allowed me this honor and privilege. It was a joyous and thankful mission. I am blessed and glad to have been a blessing to someone else. Hallelujah!

I’ve had this bible for a few months now and I love it! The space on the sides with lines is perfect for me to take notes. I used Papermate flair pens for notes and they don’t bleed through (though you can sometimes see it slightly from the other side). The devotionals scattered through out the Bible are short and helpful, not too many to be distracting from my reading of the actual bible. The Bible also has some instructions/ideas in the front for how to read and study which is helpful to me and would be great for a beginner on how to get into the word! All around the Bible is gorgeous, the colors are soft and not distracting. I am really happy with this bible.

This is by far one of the best Study Bibles that I have owned. I couldn't put it down last night. There is a reference area in the front that will guide you to scriptures on various topics. There is a nice amount of space for short notes, journaling or art work on each page. This bible appears to be thick, sturdy and well made. I will purchase as gifts for my daughters.

Beautiful bible!!!! The devotionals and prayers are absolutely amazing! I’ve never owned a journaling bible before so I was excited to find the one. I was going to purchase a journaling bible with verses and images to color, but I really wanted the prayers and devotionals in this bible, so I went for this one. I’m so glad I did! Now, if they also added some verses and drawings to color in, this bible would have the best of everything. Either way, it’s gorgeous! And the cover.. wow! Check out how nice these tabs I got look on it... the perfect combo! Get this bible.. you’ll love it too!!!

I love this bible so far. The devotionals are great and I like the larger size margins.The reason I gave it only 4 stars is the packaging is pretty flimsy. I know this seems like a petty thing but it came loose In a shipping box with no bubble wrap and it only comes with a really thin sleeve. No shrink wrap. A spider was squashed on the spine and left a dark mark on the fabric of the spine. Since this is a very light blue it is noticeable. If this had been a gift I would have sent it back. I almost did but did not want to wait to re send a ship a new one. Other bibles I have bright come in a sturdy box and shrink wrapped. I store them in the box when not in use. Since this sleeve is so flimsy I am going to need to get a case to store it. Also, since the cover is fabric and the box got wet in transit it would ruin the bible.
