It is not BehenTrimonium Methyl Sulfate (also known BTMS and hair conditioning agent that is, usually, combined with cetearyl alcohol ). It is a combination of Polysorbate-60 (emulsifier) and Cetearyl Alcohol (emulsion stabilizer/thickener). BTMS is mostly used in hair care products (conditioners, masks) and EmulWax (emulsifying wax) can be used in any cosmetics products where you need to keep water and oil together.
