I ordered this filter for a small tank I have, when the filter that came with it quit working. This is probably designed for a larger tank, but it does an amazing job on the small tank I have. The water is crystal clear and the fish love it! It is very easy to clean and I really like that!

Very loud, avoid buying this
It was actually stated in the product description to be "silent". This is quite possibly the loudest little pump I have ever used in my entire life with aquariums. If you are looking for silent, avoid this one for sure.

Pump pressure is too high
The power of the pump is too high for a small tank, water pressure becomes excessive for fish and not desirable, I had to return the product. Only recommended for larger tanks...
