The phone itself moves around in the case, not snuggly fitting. Another minor complaint is that it sucks up heat from the phone since its metal. Debatably a good thing since its drawing heat from your internals, however, it makes my hands sweaty, which begins to smear on the screen. :/

This case did not fit my phone, when properly and fully installed the phone is able to move around or shake within the case. I believe I had a defective case, still leaving 4 stars because the seller is so quick to respond and handle my issue.

The screws come out super easy, it comes with extras and a little screw driver. Crazy glue the screws in. Other than that, I love this case.

Was going to rate it a 4 out of 5. I love that it's metal. Haven't had it fallen but seems it would do what it's supposed to. I did loose two screws and my phone case was dangling. Loved that they included extras, hence the 5 stars.
