Great Product, Speedy Delivery
This product really does take down restless legs. I wasn't sure at first, yet wanted to give a try & product worked the first time I used it, since it does contain lavender it promotes sleep and a natural remedy for healing pains ... love it I've had many delightful experiences shopping with Amazon 🌹

I was a little skeptical at first on whether it would work or not. I have had restless leg syndrome since I was 14 and I'm 74 now. All the products and concepts I have tried have never worked. From the age of 14 to menopause which was around 48 I just had to live with it. After menopause I thought it would get better however to my chagrin it got worse than ever. Then I tried 7 mineral spray and was shocked to discover relief finally. It didn't take it all away but I did get about 75% relief which was GREAT!!!. The smell is wonderful and it works almost instantly. Thank you so much for this wonderful product. When I run out my sister always replenishes my supply. Thank you so much.

I really love this product. I sprayed it on the back of my legs as indicated and no longer suffered RLS symptoms. I allowed it to stay on my legs for 20 minutes as indicated, but it did cause a little bit of tingling and itching. I got a washcloth and wiped it off, and eventually the itching went away. Other nights I have dabbed it onto a cotton ball and just dabbed my skin with it on the back of my legs and that has also worked for me. I’ve use this product for five different nights and haven’t used it since, since my RLS symptoms have gone away. I really do recommend it. It really does work! I would also recommend using gloves when you’re putting on this product, because when you’re spraying it on your legs, it gets on your hands and you want to be mindful of not touching your eyes and causing irritation! Be careful ♥️

I am trying to get used to this stuff. It does give some relief but I do wake a couple of times to re-apply. The hardest thing to get around is the stickiness that makes it difficult and uncomfortable to move in bed. It didn't work for me when I rinsed it off and I wouldn't get much rest if I tried to sit up after each application to rinse it off. For me, I am going to keep taking my magnesium in pill form. I am researching different types and am going to try the chelated one next.
