They also freeze nice and flat when you lay them down in the freezer to make it easier to fit into the bag **Q: Are these good for injuries?** A: The other answer is wrong… It says right in the description that they are flexible and will bend when frozen… **Q: How long should the ice pack stay in a freezer?** A: I just put them in as soon as I received them and I never take them out so not sure how long it actually took for them to fully freeze but these so keep my daughters lunch cold.
