Great product for my dog! DO NOT USE ON DOG WITHOUT YOUR VET'S GUIDANCE!!! Vet recommended this due to my dachshund's sinus drainage. Bruno is 15, weighs 18 lbs. and had been sneezing very often, accompanied with a large amount of green discharge. I put 1 drop in each nostril once daily for 3 days, followed by 1 drop of saline in each nostril once daily for 3 days. This is a forever treatment per my vet. You must alternate every 3 days with the saline, because the symptoms return with a vengeance, if you do not follow the vet's instructions.NOTE: This treatment was recommended by my vet as a last resort. You must CONTINUE THE TREATMENT FOREVER, or CONSULT YOUR VET BEFORE STOPPING.There was a definite change after the first 6 days. Reduced sneezing and drainage occurred and has continued to occur since I began treatment 6 months ago. Now, he rarely sneezes and the green discharge has seized. Occasionally, when there is discharge, it is just a drop and it is clear.The vet recommended this treatment after we declined to have an expensive test performed to determine the cause of his sneezing and discharge.Bruno is old now and after 3 back surgeries and multiple bouts with pneumonia, we can no longer afford expensive treatment and must let nature take it's course and make him as comfortable as possible. We are blessed that this treatment has worked for Bruno, but the THE VET MUST ADVISE!!!

I actually use these nose drops on my cat, as per her Veterinarian. She has chronic congestion and as per her Vet, when it gets really bad she gets treated 3 days on 3 days off. She is a rescue kitty and also has a fatal disease but has been doing great! In all honesty, she should have passed by now, but is surviving well.

This isn't meant to be used every day. We purchased when kids were little, and doctor told us to use this, but not for more than a day or two - or it can make it worse. But, if you need your nose cleared quickly - this will do it. I use it myself, and I'm 54. I use a saline irrigation nightly - but if I've had a good cry, or a cold - this will unblock all that stuff fast, so you can sleep, or if you have a headache from the stuffed head.

The veterinarian actually recommended these for my cat that has nasal congestion due to allergies. Within a minute of taking the drops (held on his back like a baby), he is able to clear his nose.

These drops were such a failure. I have a 3 and 4 year old, and you'd have thought I was trying to kill them while attempting to get drops in their nose. I don't know of any kid who would sit still for that and actually take them correctly. Also, they really burn (I tried them myself just to see). Maybe they work well, but I couldn't tell you since they mostly landed on my children's cheeks.
