For $90 I was expecting it to do everything that it says. One good thing is that it is quiet. The plastic filter piece that's pictured is missing, and no way to contact them for them to send me one. the condensation leaks from every joint of the tall white pieces, and the hydrometer does not work. it's not accurate at all. Running it over an hour on 3 and it only went up 2%. It also detected the room as being much more humid than it actually is. If you set the percentage of humidity it does turn off once it reaches that, but it doesn't turn back on when levels start to drop. It also does not have an essential oil tray and there is nothing in the instructions saying anything about one. I have no idea where they get 60 hours off one water refill, I refilled my twice in one day running it on the second level. It uses a ton of water and you will be refilling it at least twice a day. If you use it without the tall white pieces, it gets everything around it damp on level two . I'm most likely going to be returning this. Don't waste your money it's only worth maybe $30.*There is no contact information for this company, no warranty information, no address or phone number listed on the paperwork that came with or any way to reach them for missing parts. I am deducting a star for that.

Received quickly after ordering and easy to put together. It doesn’t last as long as the description led me to believe. I use this in the lowest settings and still fill up nightly. (Even when only using for 2 hours at a time.) Overall nice look and suits the purpose I purchased it for.

I like this humidifier but the float level makes rattle noise and the mist water runs down the tube on to the floor if you take the top attachment off the tube the mist is fine no drip other then that good humidifier

I ordered this because the air in my house was so dry & it has made such a difference! No more static electric shocks and my skin has improved so much. Not to mention my plants are very happy. I love the design & it has the automatic shut off for safety. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to add cool mist to their home. Love it!

I really love how easy this is to use and especially easy to clean so I don’t have to worry about mold or bacteria build up and the fact it goes from the floor to table top makes it so easy to move where it’s needed.

All humidifiers add moisture to the air but company’s are not focusing on CLEAN humidifiers. I have tried and returned many but this one is a keeper it’s excellent and most important very easy to keep clean

Great for our bedroom. I like the flexibility of selecting the level of humidity. It is extremely quiet! I just wish that you could aim the output in a specific direction.Update: Less than 2 months since purchase and now the unit won’t turn on. No customer service number or website to contact 😔
