I'd recommend putting on another layer underneath if you're doing any outdoors work; the material is lightweight as they say. All other product descriptions are accurate. Great buy all in all.

Shirt fits like I remember from the military.

Do not buy if you require camouflage in the near infra-red (NIR) spectrum. This side by side was tested with illumination from 850nm NIR light. As you can see the camouflage pattern is completely obliterated and the entire top shines brightly.This exact top's MultiCam version works well under NIR, so get that one instead if it's important to you.Otherwise a decent top. Comfortable and well-sized.

Well this shirt is AMAZING.I purchased this shirt for my JROTC ACU uniform and for future use of my ACU in the U.S. Army National Guard. I also was looking for something to wear under a plate carrier easily and have been looking at the tru spec combat shirt since I first saw it two years back. I just have to say is shirt is fantastic.The UCP pattern matches my ACU uniform perfectly. The uniform is compliant with the patrol cap, watch cap, and the Boonie hat. I plan on trying and maybe purchasing a Condor UCP ball cap (I have one in Multicam, I reccomend those as well). This shirt goes great tucked in and with a plate carrier, it isfar more comfortable than a blouse and holds up. The torso is made of cordura filming and is softer than a t shirt. The arms and neck are like wearing a normal ACU blouse, except they don't make any noise unlike the ACU blouse does when you move. For sizing of this shirt if you wears medium I suggest buying a small, i wear. Small long ACU blouse, and small regular BDU's and medium t shirts and the small tru spec combat shirt fit me perfectly, there is still growing room and room to tuck in. Good quality, thin and easier to handle during the summer months. Only down part is that the stitching on the Velcro by the hands starts to come off after a few washes.
