So do I use the included 3/8” drill bit in the kreg jig or do these screws not need to be predrilled?

These screws are ment for pocket holes. You should pre drill any screw over 1 1/2" but use the provided bit to pre drill per depth of wood.

Can i use this on outdoor redwood ? i'm looking for outdoor fine course long kreg screws , no luck

Yes. Redwood is considered a soft wood, therefore the coarse threaded screws will perform better. Fine thread screws are more suited for hardwoods.

2x4 cornhole boards with 1/2" plywood. I'm having a tough time finding the correct length. Would I use 2" or 1 1/2"? Thanks.

The screw length is based on the top so I'd use 1" Also, for cornhole, I'd go 3/4" on the tops for less bounce and then use 1.25" kreg screws.
