Only on the inside—they are also marked on the inside with other measurements. On the outside they are shiny chrome. They are heavy steal and just as beautiful as All Clad pots

Can these be used as mini pots, too? How heat resistant are they?

I melt butter and warm syrup up in them so they seem pretty heat resistant.
