No more dry cuticles and hangnails for me!
I love this cuticle oil! It has effectively gotten rid of any hangnails I had, along with cracking and dryness around my cuticles in general. I love to put it on throughout the day, but especially at night before I go to bed. I rub it in and off to bed I go. When I wake up in the morning, my fingers look great! I love the delivery system of the pen and I love that it’s easy to control how much product I put on my cuticle, so it doesn’t have to be too greasy. I like this much better than the fingernail polish style bottle that other cuticle nail products sometimes come in. It’s extremely portable, so it’s easy to toss into my purse for use on the go, and I don’t have to worry about it leaking. Lastly, it smells great! If you have ever smelled Philosophy’s Amazing Grace, it smells sort of like that with a combination of a clean laundry scent. I love it, and it’s not very strong, nor does it last too long. It’s just a nice, fresh scent!

Great if you read Korean
I'd never heard of "cuticle oil repair," but my cuticles and the skin around my nails are in bad shape, so I thought I'd give this a try. You get a little "pen" with a brush on one end (covered with a cap), a glob of oil in the middle, and a twisty section at the other end. The twisty end only goes in one direction, and after 40 or 40 clicks in which nothing happened, I suddenly had a glob of oil fall out. (Do it over a sink!) After the first time, the brush seems to stay oily, and I imagine that when the first flush of oil is less enthusiastic, I can add just a drop at a time by turning the twisty end one notch at a time. Because it is in Korean, if you don't read Korean, you'll have no idea what is in this product (I certainly don't know!). The listing claims jojoba oil, almond oil, rosehip fruit oil, calendula officianalis oil, apricot seed oil, America hazelnut seed oil, olive oil, and sunflower seed oil. I don't personally like the smell, but I can't tag the smell to any of the listed ingredients (granted, I don't know what several of them smell like). Since it is a product being offered for sale in America, I wish they would translate the ingredients and guidance into English, which would make me feel a lot more comfortable about the product.

Short term moisture
I may not be using this correctly. There are minimal directions, none really, that accompany this product. The listing here shows that you put it on your cuticles and nails to keep them from being dry. I have used it by painting it onto my nails with the brush end of the applicator. It soaks in pretty quickly, but the effects seem to be pretty short term. With repeated use, I'm not seeing any overall effect on my cuticles or nails. Now, my cuticles aren't in terrible condition, but I do wear a lot of fake nails which are terrible to my cuticles and nails. My nails, consequently, are dry and wrecked from glued on nails. This oil doesn't seem to do much for the condition of my nails, but they may be beyond help. This does have a pleasant, natural fragrance that I like. I previously had some cuticle oil that worked similar to this, but it came in a dispenser that was also a cuticle pusher which seemed a more effective way to apply it specifically to cuticles. It also softened them at the same time, so I could push them back more easily. This device just doesn't seem to have much of a use for me.

I love a good cuticle oil!
I tried this cuticle oil for the first time today and I already love it. I've been looking for a brush-on applicator and this one fits the bill. Dropper versions tend to leave my fingertips oily, having the brush applicator means I can apply it directly to the areas that need the most love and the oil absorbs quickly leaving no mess. The cotton blossom scent is refreshing and the lingers for a while. It's pleasant. I tend to oil my cuticles while working on my computer so I can smell my fingers from the keyboard hehe. Very nice. I'd recommend this for the slim fit of the product alone, perfect for your purse or car or to keep on your desk. Heck, why not have a couple of them on hand for each location. Though the instructions are written in Korean, it's a very user friendly product without any hassle. If you love beautiful nails and healthy nail beds, this might be the oil for you.

Click up just the amount of product that you intend to use
You have to click it a lot to make the product reach the brush so once you do, don’t overdo it as you can’t retract the amount you have pushed out. I use this after doing my at home manicures, to hydrate the cuticle area and two give the manicure an overall clean finished look. I like that it comes with this brush tip so it’s easy to put on and I don’t have to use a tool to apply it and then have to clean the tool. I only recommend this for personal use and not for shared use between people. Overall, I’m pleased with how well this works, we will see how many manicures it will last for, but I am happy with it so far.

Absorbs well and so easy to apply!
I love this cuticle oil. . I apply it not only to my cuticle but to my entire nail. I don't rub it in; I just give it a bit of time to absorb and it absorbs very well. My nails and cuticles look and feel better afterwards. It also has a fresh floral scent. But my favorite thing is the applicator pen. It is so easy to use. I just turn thee bottom of the pen to push the oil into the brush and then "paint" my nails and cuticles with it. I always get just the right amount of oil. Although it's pretty great as it is, it would be even better if it came with a refill for the oil, since I have a feeling I'll be using this a lot.

No English directions or ingredients
For a nail/cuticle treatment, the Baren Nail & Cuticle Oil Repair "pen" does work, albeit short term. Lets establish that this is a single basic brush, like those found on nail polish, there is no applicator/pen tip, its just a bottle of oil effectively. The instructions/ingredients are in Korean, so for a primary English speaking and reading market this is a major oversight as residents of the USA and Canada do tend to want to know these aforementioned things. The product does work, it does nourish the cuticle and nail, and I have had fewer hang nails and tears in the last week of daily use. I gave three stars for the price (a bit high considering the competition), the lack of English for a product trying to market here in the USA and Canada, and the basic brush construction.
