Does this air pump be able to use just one outlet?

I would say yes, if you mean one air hose bubbler. I have mine with 2 tubes connecting to a 2 to 1 T splitter to one hose and it works great.

What size is the airline tubing?

Any type standard airline tubing made for aquariums will work well. Available from Amazon or your local pet stores.

Does this come with all the tubes?

It has only one aquarium air pump, but it has a large air volume.

With two places to put air tubing do you have to use them both? Can it be left the way it is?

You can use one air outlet. That's what I'm currently doing.
