Can you do a waterless wash prior to applying

Not sure what “dry wash” is. The Directions say wash vehicle before application. And, “if necessary, clay the surface of the paint prior to applying Bead Maker.” I was my car with water, dry and then put the Bead Maker on. It’s a good product.

r beads fine. sides just roll off. top panels, water beads well, sit and bake and i get water spots. will this help?

First question is do you have a shop vac? The beads sit high. If you were to hit 30mph whatever bending was there rolls right off. It’s sick. I mention the shop vac because you never want to wipe the car dry. If you can blow it off there a guarantee of no streaks. And you can’t put those tiny “love scratches” which you’ll see in the sun. Goes on everything on the exterior.

can you use this on top of a spray wax?

I use it on top of Chemical Guys Jet Seal... I have also used in on top of Chemical Guys 50/50 wax looks great
