how much weight in the form of a rack and bikes can I put on this hitch as I'm sure going over bumps = a lot more weight on the tongue than static?

It's 350 lbs tongue weight. You can select TOPTOW HITCH EXTENDER 64122 with 4" drop/rise or 64123 with 6" drop/rise. They are 400 lbs tongue weight.

What is the depth of the receiver (female) hitch past the center of the hole? The shank on my bike rack requires 3 3/8" (86mm) minimum depth
