I always find it and take it with me to appointments. You know how they take your blood pressure at almost every health visit? Now, I record those #'s (and I'm sorta up and down on the edge of too high). You know how they tell you verbally your cholesterol #'s when you get bloodwork done? Now, I record those #'s on the Blood Labs Numbers page - and it's already labeled and even has units, so all I do is put in the number. Because it's paper, marking it up is easy so I put a smiley face next to the "good" cholesterol, HDL. Who remembers that? I'm even using it to track when my colds/flu start & stop.Update: the newly released book "cover" doubles as a protective, see through holder that protects. I keep my book in its cover at all times. The cover also has a magnet that can attach the book, such as to a refrigerator. So if you often go to a Medical Center and you travel from State to State or Travel Abroad , I recommend you get My Body Passport . I take it with me always .
