I try to make kabobs but all fall off the skewers. Any hints.

It’s the cooking technique that helps with your problem. If you use chopped onions in your kabobs drain them before adding them to the meat mixture, you can also add plain breadcrumbs or plain mashed potato to help the mixture hold itself together! Some people prefer to leave the kabob skewers in the fridge for one full hour or more before grilling. Hope it helps

Can I use this in the oven, how high of the temperature can they withstand?

Yes. They are stainless steel. They can withstand much more heat than any food that you could cook in your oven. They are solid like swords.

I purchased this item, but at the time of my purchase the carrying container was not offered as part of the purchase. Can i get it after the fact?

You can make one out of a length of pvc pipe - the correct diameter of your choice - and attach the end pieces that allow you to screw/uscrew a cap on the end for easy access

Where are these made? What quality stainless steel?

They are made of Food Grade Stainless Steel. They have good corrosion resistance and will not harden due to exposure to high temperatures.
