Measure the length from the pointy tip of the stake to the mark you made. Then, using the Horseshoe Stake Shovel, start digging. Measure often, using the Horseshoe Stake Measuring Device, because if you dig it too deep, you'll have to cover up the hole, and start again. Anyhoo, once you reach the exact depth as determined by the Horseshoe Stake Measuring Device, STOP DIGGING. You will now need to purchase a Horseshoe Hole Filler (sold separately). This looks like the Horseshoe Stake Shovel, but don't be fooled; it is very different, because it costs more and is a different color.
