ich mache seit Jahren selbst Schokolade und Pralinen.Bisher benutzte ich immer Silicon Formen, weil ich befürchtete die Pralinen im Polycarbonat nicht rauszubekommen.Doch diese Hochglanz Praline, die gerade so angesagt und in "Aller Munde" sind bekommt man nur mit Polycarbonat hin.Also hab ich diese Form probiert und bin total überzeugt und begeistert!Die Pralinen lassen sich wunderbar heraulösen (die Schokomasse muss aber richtig kalt sein) und sehen zum "Anbeisen" aus.

I usually use fat Daddio molds but for the price was willing to stray. So glad I did! Theolds are not as thick or stiff as FDs which had me a little worried- until I used it. The fact that they are just a TAD flexible is great for removing the chocolate. You can literally twist like an ice cube tray to release anything that may not release on it's own. I have 2 more molds from this company that I will be using this week. I'm anticipating the same great results... And then I'll be hunting for their other molds. :)
