Try reading the ingredient’s on its page. **Q: Can i use this to retwist my locs since its light?** A: Not Sure if it would stay, its more to use as a curling cream for hair that's already curly. **Q: Does this leave a residue when it dries?** A: Not too often, you need to evenly distribute it throughout the hair and it works well and won't. I put it on my daughter's hair damp or dry. I loce it and it smells good too! **Q: Does it work well in humidity?** A: I started using this in the winter and noticed my hair 3b/ 3c , was crunchy when dried. I did not like the crunchiness as I like the smoothness, and softness to natural curl / waves. I use the mixed chicks leave in first, then this. It makes my hair silky soft, shiny (which is not usual for curly hair) and smooth, no frizz, but I still can have volume.
