Super Helpful
I’m taking a class on Beckett. This guide is extremely helpful. It contains something about everything, including the poems. Clear and well organized

Extremely Useful
This is literally a Beckett encyclopedia, and while nothing can be exhaustive, this covers, in adequate detail, a very wide range of terms, names, works, etc, etc. There is always more that can be said concerning any entry, that is more possible information, or different interpretations of the same subject matter, but this work makes every effort not to stint on scholarship or content. To have something virtually indispensable for a deeper knowledge of Beckett's writing, at this price, is a boon to anyone who desires such knowledge. I had the book from the library, and it is a nice volume, that feels good in the hand, but I think the Kindle edition, because it is word searchable, is the better choice here.

Five Stars
Encyclopedic, and invaluable.

Easily the best reference work on Beckett known to me
This is a fine, scholarly work that should be in the hands not just of scholars but also of every serious student of Beckett and late 20th century drama. The cross-referencing is very useful. Above all, each entry is based on a thorough knowledge of the literature on the subject. First rate.
