I have been having knee pain. I climb, I run, bike, ski, and hike. Now I slip this on and have been able to enjoy my sports. It has been so good that sometimes I forget to put it on because I am not experiencing any pain.

I really like these other than that they are definitely restricting and it’s hard to get used to at first (of course that is the point). However, once you get the hang of being monster squeezed - it feels amazing and helps pain a lot.

My wife has tried several other brands for her arthritis with little relief. We were skeptical of these because they were so affordable.The braces fit well, add enough support and do not bunch up and dig into the thigh.We are ordering more to have as spares!
