But it will not stick to a concrete wall that isn’t painted, the concrete is too gritty and porous for the adhesive to stick **Q: Is this black on both sides? I’m looking to use it for window decals** A: Yes it is, but if you are wanting it to stay on you probably want oracal 651 for outdoor use. 631 is more for inside use where you may want to remove it. If you are thinking of putting it inside the vehicle make sure the glass isn't tinted or you won't see the decal. (Speaking from experience.) **Q: Does this work on vehicles and windows?** A: This is the temporary adhesive. If you are using it on a car window use the permanent adhesive Oracle 651. It will still be removable when you want to remove it but otherwise stay put. The temporary adhesive is not meant to endure the elements. **Q: Can I use this vinyl on T-shirts?** A: No you can't use this for t-shirts because it's not heat transfer vinyl (htv).
