It's the color I've been looking for for a long time. I leave it for 20 minutes instead of 25 to keep it from getting too dark but it still covers those pesky gray roots. The color doesn't fade like Clairol does either and stays vibrant for months. I only have to retouch my roots each month instead of recoloring my entire hair without losing the vibrancy in the rest of my hair. My hair is very shiny and it feels thick, full, and very soft.
