Pretty good product, once you figure it out, but good luck if there are any issues
Of the dozen plus phones we ordered only two came with directions in English... and setup was still complicated, even with the English directions. The phones were honestly pretty good once we got them set up... until one stopped working. The manufacturer refers you to the seller for warranty issues and vice versa. There is no way to submit any issues on the amazon store. The Yealink website has options to submit a ticket, but every product category says it's wrong for the phone. If you're up for a gamble, this will most likely work out, but God help you if there is an issue because Yealink certainly won't.
