The base was damaged due to poor packing, the right arm is already loose from pushing against when I get up and I only weigh 130lbs, and I had to have my husband did the release button that kept coming detached from the recliner cylinder. Cheaply made.

Love the look of it.
This was easy to assemble and it looks great. The only troubling thing is that the up and down on a little slow on the foot extension. I think it is air driven and the automatic thing to do is to push it down with your feet which I don't think is wise. We are learning the new method.
