Does a very good jod.
Great knife. Thee only reason I downgraded manuverability was because it uses a power cord to operate. This can get a little cumbersome when doing any kind of intricate carving.

Love the HAMILTON BEACH ELECTRIC KNIFE !! This electric knife has stainless steel blades and the handle is ergonomically designed with an easy grip. An extra delight is a great black, hard, shiny plastic storage box, which holds all including the carving fork. Used it this evening for our dinner and my husband enjoyed slicing the London Broil......he liked the comfortable feel of this electric knife and the London Broil was sliced beautifully !!
