Sound quality is good. However, it hurts and it is not easy to use.

This earphones never worked I have submit the return form and I’m still waiting for devolution

The product did not work after four days from using. Waste of money.

Beoplay H5 what a big trash !!! It doesn't long last a month and the battery doesn't long 1 minute. This brand really cheat the people because I also bought a very expensive speaker that had a click sound and to deal with the warranty was almost a bogus company....finally after three times on the service center, many trips and waste of time and money we got the repaired speaker not older than a month, but repaired....this brand doesn't worth a two percent of the actual price.

I purchased this earbud on Jan 11, 2023. and it's been only 1 month of usages. the battery is not even last 2 songs. I contacted manufacturer, and learned that this product has been out of warranty since 2019. and contacted the seller for a refund and the seller replied with "Sorry, you're out of warranty". so basically this is seller is a SCAM !!

Second product same issue of charging and battery life terrible

Très bon produit agréable à porter. Le système magnétique permettant de mettre les écouteurs hors service est très pratique. Le son est clair et bien défini. Le design impeccable, digne de B&O. Par contre, l’autonomie est limitée à 4h. Suffisante pour une utilisation normale.

Good sound quality! Little tricky with the very unique charger which makes it harder to charge if u travel. Also battery goes empty in an hour or so, if at max volume, that’s a big disappointment if you like rock’n’roll!
