One of the best trays I've used - Revised
Got this to replace an old tray, having just got a smaller one from the same supplier and being very impressed it was worth a shot. And the result. Very impressed. The tray is rock solid, the nonstick is great and the best bit is price. All in all amazing. So to add to this, after about 11 months of use the non-stick, began to fail, to the point where last weekend the Yorkshires got stuck... Disappointing by this I contacted the seller, and they have been fantastic. Requested a photo of the tin, confirmed it was OK, then sent a replacement completely free. First class service, well done.

This helped make decent mince pies
Most mince pie tins are a bit shallow for my liking - I much prefer to have a decent bit of filling - and this tin allows me to get more in than I usually would. It was an easy to clean to tin, and my mince pies didn't stick (granted I greased the tin before I made them - but I'd do that with any tin). Now I'm much fatter as a result. So I shall not be using this tin again for at least a few months!

Not a MasterClass muffin tray
I have purchased a number of MasterClass baking trays and cake tins and they are extremely good quality - heavy and very well made. The muffin tray I received is lightweight and flimsy in comparison. It did not have the MasterClass packaging as shown in the product details on Amazon. It had a paper cover, with the logo YZJ Zhi gang printed on it, sellotaped over the front of the muffin tray, with a small white label saying MasterClass stuck on top of it. I am certain that this is not a genuine product.I would have given no stars but this was not possible.I have returned it and my money is being refunded.

Slippery when hot
This baking pan is heavier that one would expect, and should provide good service for many years long after the guarantee has expired. It has proved to be everything it claims, and nothing has any chance of sticking due to the very efficient non-stick coating. Even the bits that had fallen onto the tray, and burnt on during cooking, dropped off easily when the tray was tipped on its side without having to scrape them. As one reviewer noted, the non-stick coating is all over the tray, including the underside, which makes it very slippery to hold when removing it hot from the oven. There is no problem when putting the tray into the oven only upon its removal after baking when one cannot use bare hands, but upon removal from the oven a cloth or oven glove is usually used and this tray cannot be held safely with one hand and this is when two hands are necessary. This should be noted until used to the slipperiness of this tray. Nevertheless, this is a tray that should give sterling service for a long time and is well worth the investment. To be blunt I cannot praise it enough as it does exactly what it says, and very efficiently as well.

It’s not non stick after 10 uses
I purchased this around 2months ago because of the positive reviews of it being a non stick tin.It looks and feels good quality. I have never put it in the dishwasher or used anything abrasive on it to clean, just rinsed with water and wiped dry, but as my photo shows, the Yorkshire’s have started sticking after around 10 uses, so it’s proved no better than a cheap one from a discount store.I’m hoping to get a refund.
