Al principio de tenerla me encanto . Luego ya no se si por el uso de otras personas en el trabajo parece que no cogían filo como al principio. La lavo bastante con agua o jabón suave y la seco para quitarle impurezas (color metal del afilado de los cuchillos) y parece que va algo mejor . Es para mantener el filo , no hace la labor de piedra de afilado. De todas formas cualquier chaira buena si la pasas después de usar la piedra hace que consigas resultados espectaculares .

La calidad de los materiales no es buena, pues no parece de marca Mercer culinary, si no algo genérico, es recomendable gastar un poco más en algo mejor
