Please before buy atleast send email to this seller to ask for you tube video as it will make clear which product you are buying. USB socket of this cooling pad are worst as it is too much loose that it loose power connection and every time i have to adjust it. and sometime whatever you do it will will not connect.

The cooling is below par
Doesnt cool well at all. Used it for two weeks and doesn't make a difference to temps whatsoever unlike the other products I've used. This being at its highest setting even. I regret buying it since it was a waste. They can improve on this is actually make a product with proper cooling and strong fans instead of shifting focus to how quite it is. People that buy those kinds of products are usually gamers who aren't as keen on noise as they are on preformance.

Bought this a few months ago after my laptop's built in fans stopped working. I run design and game software on this machine so it was important to be able to keep it cool. This cooling pad does the trick. The fans aren't super powerful, you can just feel a light breeze if you hold your hand against the surface, but it works well enough to keep my CPU and GPU below 90 degrees when running the most demanding games. I always run all the fans. As other reviews have mentioned, the plastic is flimsy and cheap feeling. I'm always careful to hold it by the main fan section and not the plastic base when moving it around. The metal top is good though, and the two feet that fold out to support the laptop are vital. The extra usb ports have also been valuable - I can plug my headphones into them and the sound is just as good as if plugged into the main computer. I bought this because of an article that listed it as their top cooling pad choice. I haven't tried other cooling pads, but I'm honestly shocked if this is the pinacle of under-laptop fan technology. TLDR, it works just fine.
