Tru-square Metal Products Coarse Grit, 1lb.

We tumble glass scraps cut from wine bottles and other household items in this grit. They come out looking like they're fresh from the ocean! I highly recommend this grit, very high quality, and does the job I bought it for perfectly. I've had jewelers ask for my secret - I can only attribute it to this grit.

I used this product to create sea glass. The price is a little high, but the product works to do what I want it to do.

Used this for tumbling glass to make faux sea glass, worked like a charm.

Not sure what the problem is with this grit but it does not produce the same quality as the one that came in a 4-grit kit from Lortone (the maker of the tumbler). The stones don't come out as smooth and still have lots of jagged edges after a week of tumbling.

I finally tried it out, I used it in the tumbler to tumble broken glass for 5 days. Checked it out and I wanted it a little more frosted like beach glass so I tumbled it for another 5 days! It came out perfect!!

This is good grit, and so far has worked great. I do alot of jewelry, and the price is also great . It arrived in record time, and I will order again, when I need it.

Takes the rough edges off quickly. Amount in the box about right for the person who is a first-timer or uses a small size tumbler. Would order the brand again.
